WHOLENESS NATUROPATHIC CARE
About Dr. Sholeh Ghayoori, ND

Naturopathic Doctor, College of Naturopaths of Ontario
Internationally-trained Physician (Pediatrician), Iran
Research Professional, The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto (2012-2019)

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor, with over a decade of experience as a medical doctor (General Practitioner and Pediatrician) in Iran, and medical research experience at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto, where I contributed to the research on drug safety in breastfeeding, diabetes education, thyroid cancer, and pharmacogenomics.
As a Naturopathic Doctor with a background in conventional medicine, I integrate natural treatments with the insight of modern science to support patients across life span. I am deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive, and compassionate care that supports the whole person—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe that healing happens when we honour each individual’s unique story, values, and lived experience.
My clinical focus includes women's health, child and adolescent health, including support for neurodiverse individuals with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as metabolic and hormonal balance, digestive and skin conditions, immune system support, and healthy aging. I am passionate about empowering families to raise healthy children, supporting women through hormonal transitions, and helping individuals find balance in both body and mind.
Mental and emotional well-being is central to my approach, and I support patients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems, and emotional dysregulation. I received advanced mental health training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.
In addition to other evidence-based naturopathic treatments such as clinical nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and herbal medicine, I incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture to support balance, nervous system regulation, and overall vitality. These modalities allow me to address both physical and energetic aspects of health through an integrative lens.
I am registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and a member of Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
